Yesterday was a great day at our practicum. We actually were able to help the students instead of just sitting back and watching her teach. The students are great and really enjoy having us their and the teacher is excited too. I think that it is going to be a great semester.

Glad to see other teachers are letting us NKU students get some experience working with the students. I understand the reasoning behind oberserving them teach, but I'm a firm believer in learning form doing. Observing only goes so far, and then becomes really boring and I lose interest.
